How do I get form right with it being virtual coaching?
You are taught how to do movements through videos within our app. We complete video form evaluations and assess/fix form on coaching calls.
Is there a minimum time commitment?
1-on-1 coaching requires a 6 month minimum time commitment.
Fit for Life Foundations is a 10 week program.
What kind of results should I expect?
You will learn the tools and skills you need in order to get sustainable, long-term results AND develop a lifestyle you can stick with.
Our clients typically see transformative change in their mindset, overall health and physique.
Do you do just workouts or just nutrition?
We have found that the best results come when training and nutrition go hand in hand.
What does nutrition entail?
Nutrition guide, recipes, personalized macros and calories. We teach you step by step how to track your macros through MyFitnessPal which syncs up to our training app.
What’s the minimum investment?
Our monthly investments start at $335. We call this an investment because the ROI is your health, confidence and overall happiness.
Your coaches are VERY invested in you. We are in it whole heartedly and need the same from you for transformational results.
What is the call structure?
We hold bi-weekly calls. These are group calls for FFLF clients + private calls for 1-on-1 clients.
What if I don’t want to workout at the gym?
FFLF’s whole purpose is to teach you to workout at the gym. If that is not an option for you, 1-on-1 coaching is fully customizable to whatever you have access to.
How do I know if I should do FFLF or 1-on-1 coaching?
Fill out the form and we will have a call and talk through what’s best for you. We highly encourage most of our clients to go through FFLF first to get the foundational skills that they need to take it to the next level for 1-on-1 coaching.
How do I track my progress in the gym?
We use an app called trainerize. You track reps, sets, weights, etc. We can see all of your activity and assess your progress through tracking logbook progressions, photos, body measurements, strength, energy, confidence, etc.
